The beginning of the Erul Engineering & Concultancy is based on the fact that our Chairman of the Board has been working in construction projects as a civil engineer since 1987. He has successfully carried out project designing, construction and supervision services in many domestic and international construction projects.
“Erul Engineering&Consultancy Services Ltd”, was established in 2004. Domestically; In Ankara, Istanbul, Kocaeli and Eskişehir, it continues its construction supervision, project design, advise and consultancy services. as well as consultancy and consultancy services abroad for the construction of various factories, residences, business centers and industrial facilities. Our business partners about design and consultancy are Yildirim Design Engineering and Piramit Design Engineering. They continue their engineering and consultancy services abroad and actively provide engineering and consultancy services to the Ellipse Projects company which is a French Engineering-Procurement-Construction company specialized in the promotion, development and execution of turnkey infrastructure projects and Hospitals around the world. From its head office in Paris, the growth of Ellipse Projects relies on its network of subsidiaries and branches in London, Brussels, Dakar, Accra, Yaoundé, Nairobi, Singapore, Jakarta and Colombo.
Our group has started to operate as a Erul Engineering & Consultancy company in Turkey and in many countriescontribute to increasing the knowledge and experience, development and welfare of the country.
“Kaytek Consultancy&Building Auditing Ltd”, a group company, founded in 2000, operates in project audit, construction inspection and consultancy services. They completed design and construction supervision and consultancy services of many prestigious structures in Ankara and Istanbul. Among these; Ankara-Trakya Polatlı Flat Glass Factory(1st and 2nd stages), which has an investment cost of approximately 750 million USD is built in Polatlı. Another important project is the construction of the Kırıkkale Acwa Power Natural Gas Cycle Power Plant construction, with an investment cost of approximately 1 billion USD, with a 950 MW power capacity. In addition, beside these, Hotel, Hospital, Business Center, Integrated Industrial Facilities and residential buildings are among our business experiences.
Our architectural Project design partner, “MEDI Architecture Limited Company”, owned by famous architect Hasan Sökmen, was established in 1989. MEDİ Architecture, which is a project of expertise in tourism investments, has designed and opened up to thirty 5-star hotel designs in Turkey and abroad. MEDI Architecture, has played a major role in bringing into the trend of themed hotel in Turkey with “Vegas-style themed hotel” in Aksu - Topkapi Palace launching the architectural concept. After Topkapi Palace project, they completed Venezia Palace, Green Palace, Kremlin Palace and Titanic hotel architectural projects and interior design and decoration projects.. They are currently planning three 5-star hotels in Turkey and abroad.
A USA $ 1 billion “combined-cycle gas turbine power plant” has been built in Turkey near the city of Kirikkale in Central Anatolia, some 50 km east of Ankara, with a comprehensive long-term financing package arranged by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). It is the largest investment in the country in recent years.
With a capacity of 950 MW, the project can able to cover half the energy needs of Ankara City. The power plant will lead to an annual CO2 emissions reduction of over 1,825,000 tonnes in Turkey.
Sisecam Flat Glass is a leading European glass producer, with manufacturing facilities in multiple countries that produce glass for architectural, automotive, solar and home appliance applications. The "Trakya Polatli Glass Factory" is an industrial flat glass factory that serves as two individual plants in order to produce both colored flat glass and white flat glass. With a total building area 150,000 square meters (1,614,00 square feet), the faclities include two furnace buildings, bath buildings, cooling and cutting houses, a combined big warehouse, and two chimneys that reach 133-100 meters tall.
Some design and construction projects of one of our business partner company, Atak Engineering&Construction Company which has been taken part in investigation, design and construction of heavy stell structures like Stadium, Industrial Plants, Power Plants, Factories, Steel Structure Car Parks and as well as Airports, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Hydraulic Structures, Commercial and Administrative Buildings since 1988.
Our partner, MEDI Architecture, whose expertise is the planning of tourism investments, has designed nearly 30 Hotels(5-star) at Turkey and abroad. He also designed Marine projects, Shopping Malls, Tower, Business Centers, University Buildings and Housing Units.
The total construction area of Gebze Fatih State Hospital is 26.677 m2, and the total closed area of the new construction is 56420 m2. The project consists of 1 Hospital Block, 1 Technical Center, an outdoor car park with 578 cars, an indoor car park with 37 cars and landscaping areas. The hospital block consists of 1 basement floor + Ground floor + 9 floors.
The building consist of office spaces, computing centers, 650 parking garage, 77 outdoor parking, cafeteria, training areas, 500 people and 220-seat capacity conference hall, research center, library and social areas. The building, which has an indoor construction of 80,000 square meters, has 32 floors, including 5 basements.
